Founded in 2019 by a team of former Porsche, Lucid, and Rimac engineers, VELOCIRA was born from a single conviction — that the electric era demands more than a faster commuter. It demands a soul.

Every vehicle is hand-assembled at our Stuttgart facility, paired with bespoke interiors finished in the Black Forest, and tuned across 4,200 km of road and circuit before delivery.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Standard configurations are delivered in 6–8 weeks. Bespoke Phantom GT builds typically take 10–12 weeks, while Founder Editions are produced sequentially over 14–16 weeks. You'll receive weekly production updates from the moment your order is confirmed.

  • What's covered under the warranty?

    Battery and drivetrain are covered for the lifetime of the original owner, with no mileage limit. The vehicle itself carries an 8-year/unlimited-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, including paint, interior, and electronics.

  • Can I charge at home?

    Yes — every VELOCIRA includes a complimentary Level 2 home charger and installation in supported regions. A full charge from empty takes approximately 7 hours on a 240V circuit, replenishing roughly 50 miles of range per hour.

  • Do you accept trade-ins?

    We accept trade-ins on any make or model, including non-electric vehicles. Our valuation specialists provide a guaranteed offer within 24 hours, and the trade can be applied directly to your order or financing.

  • What does servicing look like?

    Most routine work — software updates, tyre rotations, brake inspections — is handled by mobile technicians at your home or office. For more involved service, we'll collect your vehicle, leave you with a comparable loaner, and return your car within 48 hours.

  • Is the software updated remotely?

    Yes — VELOCIRA pushes over-the-air updates approximately every 6 weeks, adding features, improving range efficiency, and refining the driving experience. Major updates are previewed in advance with full release notes.
