About the Studio
Forma was founded in 2017 by designer Kai Reinholt with a single mission: bring the kind of fearless graphic design usually reserved for major agencies to ambitious independent brands and growing businesses.
We are a small studio of five designers who work closely with each client — no account managers, no junior handoffs, just direct access to senior design talent on every project.

Questions
All projects include source files (AI or INDD), print-ready PDFs, web-optimised PNGs/SVGs, and any format specifically required for your use case. You own all files outright — we never charge for format variations.
Essentials projects typically run 2–3 weeks. Studio packages take 4–6 weeks. Campaign work is scoped per project. Rush delivery is available with a 25% premium depending on our current workload.
Not necessarily. If you know what you need, a brief speeds things up. If not, we run a paid Brand Discovery Workshop (2 hours, $480) before any design work begins — this produces a brief you approve before we touch the design software.
Essentials includes 2 revision rounds, Studio includes 3, Campaign is iterative. Revisions outside the included rounds are billed at $120/hour. Clear written feedback at each round keeps revisions efficient and on budget.
Yes. About half our clients are outside our home city. We work entirely via structured async communication and video calls. Time zone differences have never delayed a Forma project.
