What started as a two-man residential crew has grown into a 220-person construction business managing projects from $80,000 home renovations to $180-million commercial towers.

Yes. BuildRight holds a full contractor's licence, $20M public liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and professional indemnity cover. All subcontractors used on our projects are individually licensed and insured. Documentation is provided upon request.

We provide a 10-year structural warranty on all new builds and major renovations, in addition to all statutory warranty obligations. Defects identified in the 12-month defect liability period are rectified at no cost to the client.

Yes. Our in-house team manages Development Application (DA) lodgement, council liaison, and construction certificate applications for all projects we build. We can also manage Town Planning and Heritage approval processes through our specialist referral network.
