Yes. Federal and state rebates are available for solar, battery storage, heat pumps, and insulation upgrades. Our sustainability team will identify all applicable incentives during your consultation and handle application documentation where required.

A GreenStart or GreenCore home of standard size typically takes 28–36 weeks from slab to handover. GreenPeak passive house builds take slightly longer (34–44 weeks) due to the precision required for airtight construction. We provide a fixed programme before contract.

Yes. All EcoBuilt packages include DA lodgement, NatHERS assessment, and construction certificate management. Our in-house town planner and certifier manage the approvals process from start to finish, keeping your project on programme.
