About Bloomhouse
Bloomhouse has been the heart of our neighbourhood since 2005, when florist Amara Quinn opened a tiny shop on the corner of Rose & Main. Two decades later, we are still family-run, still hand-tying every bouquet, and still treating every order — from a single rose to a 200-guest wedding — as if it were our own.
We work directly with local growers and trusted markets to bring you the freshest, most beautiful flowers, arranged by florists who genuinely love what they do.

Questions
Place your order before 1 PM (Monday–Saturday) and we will hand-deliver your bouquet the same day, anywhere within the city. Orders after 1 PM are delivered the next morning. You can choose a preferred delivery window at checkout, and we will text you when your flowers are on the way.
Our drivers will leave flowers in a safe, shaded spot and send a photo confirmation, or leave them with a neighbour if you have given permission. For office or hospital deliveries, we hand them to reception. We will always text the recipient (or you) to ensure the flowers are found quickly.
Every Bloomhouse bouquet comes with our 7-day freshness promise — if your flowers don't stay fresh for at least a week with proper care, we will replace them free of charge. Each delivery includes a flower-food sachet and easy care instructions to help them last even longer.
Absolutely. At checkout you can schedule delivery for any future date — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and never forgetting an important occasion again. You can also set up a recurring weekly, fortnightly, or monthly bouquet subscription with a lovely discount.
