About Squeeze
Squeeze started in 2018 from a tiny corner stall and one stubborn idea: a juice should contain fruit and absolutely nothing else. No concentrates, no syrups, no powders — just whole fruit and vegetables, cold-pressed at low temperature to lock in every drop of flavour and nutrition.
Today we press thousands of bottles a week across our juice bars and delivery service, and we still do it the same honest way — fresh every single morning, with fruit we'd happily eat straight off the tree.

Cold-pressing uses a hydraulic press to gently extract juice without heat, which would otherwise destroy delicate vitamins and enzymes. The result is a juice with far more nutrients, deeper flavour, and a longer fresh life than ordinary centrifugal juicing — all without a single drop of added water or sugar.
Because we use no preservatives, our cold-pressed juices stay fresh for up to 4 days refrigerated. We bottle them the morning of dispatch and recommend drinking within 48 hours for peak flavour. Always keep them chilled — they're alive with real nutrients, not shelf-stable concentrate.
Our cleanses suit most healthy adults, but they're not recommended for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic, or managing a medical condition without consulting a doctor first. If you're new to juicing, start with our 1-Day Refresh. Our nutritionists are always happy to advise.
Yes! We deliver chilled across the metro area, with free delivery on orders of 6 bottles or more and on all cleanse programs. Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered next morning. You can also pick up from any of our juice bars — pop your address in at checkout to confirm coverage.
