Our Story
Verbena began in 2016 with a single shelf of teas and a stubborn belief that the best conversations happen over a warm cup. Today our corner room seats forty, but the spirit is the same: unhurried, generous, and a touch old-fashioned.
We hand-blend our own loose-leaf teas, bake every morning, and cook a small seasonal menu from produce grown by farmers we know by name.
